Overview:

We are seeking a Ship Store/Rental Boat Manager to oversee our ship store, gas dock and rental boat operations for the summer season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ship store inventory, rental boat fleet, leading a team of dock hands and cashiers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage ship store and gas dock, including stock levels and ordering, oversee transactions, including processing payments through POS systems and cash registers

-Oversee rental boat fleet, boat rentals and customer experience
- Develop rental staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate rental staff
- Proficiency in training development to enhance employee skills
- Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, fuel systems.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and rental schedules efficiently

-Ability to handle working in the heat of the summer.

-Must be able to work all summer holidays.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
