What You Will Do- Responsible for Master Data Governance across GNO, which includes but is not limited to oversight and maintenance of naming conventions, functional location hierarchy, BOM structure and process governance, work order revisions, work centers, activity types, contractor activity rates, and other critical ORACLE PM data
- Responsible for material master naming conventions and acts as the site expert user for Sparesfinder
- Provides ORACLE and Sparesfinder training and support for all site employees, including maintaining ORACLE roles
- Analyzes data, makes recommendations, and cultivates continuous improvement efforts across the site
- Updates/reviews asset bill of materials to remove obsolete items that are no longer utilized and ensures BOM’s are evergreened as equipment is modified
- Completes Management of Change (MOC) action items related to new asset creation, decommissioning of existing assets, setup or modification of asset activities/maintenance strategies, setup or modification of asset bill of materials, and setup of spare parts as deemed necessary by subject matter experts
- Utilization of best practices to ensure that preventative/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) task intervals are met and optimized with the subject matter expert to ensure plant reliability targets are met
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- This position requires a high degree of concentration to ensure accuracy of ORACLE data across the site
- As owner of PM master data this person is required to interact between management, technical, maintenance and operations in a one-on-one and team environment
- Meaningful understanding of ORACLE EAM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of PowerBI
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes as needed by the business
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the site organization
- Familiarity with Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s)
- Self-motivated work discipline with ability to learn new work processes, software and job responsibilities to help the site achieve continuous improvement strategies
- Savvy user for Sparesfinder and material master data strategies
- General understanding or ability to identify common industrial equipment types within the various departments: static equipment, rotating equipment, instrumentation and electrical equipment
