Senior Account Supervisors at ADsmith collaborate directly with the company president and the agency owner to lead a team that works together, plays together and thrives together.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in:
· Developing strategic marketing plans based on solid research.
· Driving the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
· Identifying good creative design and copy
· Contributing creative ideas or solutions for content development
· Managing budgets and expenditures.
· Maintaining brand standards across all communications channels.
· Building long-term relationships with team members and clients.

Are You Right for ADsmith?
The ideal Senior Account Supervisor:
· Has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and advertising or related industry.
· Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar relevant field (an MA degree is preferred).
· Has outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
· Has in-depth knowledge of market research.
· Has a sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on a company’s success.
· Is a critical thinker who can solve business problems.
· Is a true collaborator, eager to join a diverse community of creative professionals from all marketing disciplines.
· Has good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills.
· Has the ability to manage/mentor team members to meet client/company goals
· Has a solid foundation in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
· Has a strong understanding of web development principles and how digital media works.
· Wants a leadership position in a company with a thriving team culture.
