Additionally, Marketing Director develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Marketing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to sustain our rapid revenue growth and drive expansion into new fitness business segments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in broadening our reach within the fitness industry and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in existing markets and expand into new fitness segments such as jiu jitsu, yoga, and others.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment focused on sustained revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and tailor marketing efforts to diverse fitness segments.
Create a content marketing strategy encompassing sales collateral, referral-led growth, and community building.
Oversee and participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
Proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth in a SaaS business, preferably within a comparable market.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing business software to SMBs, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
Experience in a market-facing function for a company specializing in fitness business management software is advantageous.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and automation platforms (HubSpot experience preferred).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
