    Job Description

    The Communications & E-Mail Marketing Manager plays a vital role in creating and managing internal and external communications through various digital and print media channels. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication and analytic skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    In this position, the Communications & E-Mail Marketing Manager will serve as a project manager to fulfill the duties required, including but not limited to:

    Directing all digital and website content, including resource library updates, news and stories, press releases, awareness videos, e-mail marketing, and print newsletters.

    Providing training and guidance to team members and coordinating with contractors as necessary.

    Creating and distributing relevant content and E-Mail Campaigns using Marketing Software (Hubspot).

    Collecting and analyzing data, reporting results to the VP of Communications, and devising action plans as necessary.

    Developing and executing communication strategies and marketing plans for programmatic areas, including digital and print media resources.

    Building national and local brand awareness for our organization's programs and services.

    Serving as the primary contact for all internal Communications requests and managing blogs, articles, and magazines.

    Planning, coordinating, and managing all communication needs for digital and in-person events, including Symposium.

    Tracking, analyzing, and presenting KPIs and data for digital platforms, print platforms, and other initiatives.

    Creating engaging content via E-Mail Marketing tailored to the community and other stakeholders.

    Overseeing and managing special projects as required.

    Evaluate and continuously improve our communications efforts.

    Foster loyalty and trust within the community beyond mere satisfaction.

    Achieve or surpass set goals through communication and marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Self-Starter: Ability to research and create relevant content independently.

    Proficiency in creative content creation and Copywriting for E-Mail Marketing Campaigns.

    5 years of experience with an E-Mail Marketing platform (Hubspot preferred, but not required).

    Analytical mindset with the ability to develop action plans based on performance metrics and marketing data.

    5 years of successful experience in a related field.

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

    Excellent oral, written, and digital media communication skills.

    Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

    Exceptional organizational and office administration skills.

    Demonstrated project management experience; certification is a plus.

    Positive servant leadership attitude and team player mentality.

    Additional Qualifications

    Availability for occasional evening and weekend work, as well as travel (approximately four to five times a year).

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows 7 and above.

    Experience or familiarity with the bleeding disorders community is advantageous.
