We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for the Tulsa, OK location.
The individual will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production methods and workflows to maximize productivity and quality while minimizing costs. In addition to process improvement, manufacturing engineers also focus on product design for manufacturability. They collaborate with product designers and other engineers to ensure that products can be efficiently and effectively manufactured within the given production constraints. They may provide input on material selection, component layout, and assembly methods to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality.
Responsibilities:
· Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
· Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.
· Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
· Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.
· Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
· Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
· Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
· Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
· Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.
· Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Requirements:
· A degree or experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
· Must have proven experience (8 to 10 years preferred), in an Engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawing specs
· Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
· Advanced knowledge of the engineering discipline.
· Must be proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
· Must be able to effectively communicate, orally and in writing with employees, vendors, and leadership.
· Must have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Must have knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
· Must have knowledge of manufacturing equipment for purchase, installation and repair
· Engineering experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment required.
· Limited travel may be required.
Preferred Requirements:
· CAD experience, SolidWorks strongly preferred
· ASME certification is preferred.
