We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to evaluate product designs for manufacturability and provide input to improve design for assembly and manufacturing.
• Design and implement manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and equipment to streamline production and improve throughput.
• Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, to drive operational excellence and enhance productivity.
• Establish and maintain standard work instructions, quality control procedures, and safety protocols for manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and implement corrective actions to resolve process deviations and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize material flow, inventory management, and supplier performance.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering, process optimization, and waste reduction strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing engineering and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or appliance industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with manufacturing simulation tools.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and familiarity with regulatory requirements for manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software is a plus.
