Maintenance Planner devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Being a Maintenance Planner develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. Additionally, Maintenance Planner utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Maintenance Planner work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Some Responsibilities Include:
-Create and update financial plans
-Present financial plans and meetings and participate in planning-related conversations
-Review client portfolios and investments
-Acting as the main point of contact for clients
-Support other advisors with various client needs
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree Required
-5-8 years of experience in financial planning
-Securities Licensing (7, 63/55 and/or 66)
-CFP is preferred, or the desire to pursue
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Team player and desire to grow
Compensation:
-Base salary starting at 100k , plus bonus
-401k plus profit sharing
-4 weeks of PTO plus NYSE holidays
This position is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
