Job Description
Requirements:
- Analyzes travelers and blueprints to determine information such as material to be used, type of operations, and sequence of operations required.
- Oversees requisitions fixtures, tools and material.
- Inspects defective machinery to determine cause of malfunction and reports need for machine repairs to the maintenance dept. Follows up to ensure the machine is proper working order.
- Works with planning in progress and finished products.
- Over sees production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Enforces and interprets company policies and safety regulations to workers.
- Adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Writes and updates work instructions.
- Over sees and recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
- Manages production to assure parts are produced in time to meet planned customer shipments and assembly schedules.
- Performs activities of workers supervised.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 48 hrs/week
Pay Rate: Depends on Experience

We focus on short lead times, small quantities with quick turnarounds, hinges, very large parts, complex 5 axis parts and the use of 90 degree heads in the 5 axis machining. We currently have 60 employees but continue to grow throughout the years. We are conveniently located in O'Fallon, MO off Highway 70, Exit #216 Bryan Road
