Looking for the right person to fill our Bread Production position. Must be available to work:

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS -Overnight / Mornings - as early as 12:30am!

Our Bread Production position is responsible for executing LGO Bakeshop recipes accurately, and with pride in a high volume bakery while being an effective and polite team member, ensuring their actions are motivated by hospitality.

Candidates must have a minimum 2yrs of experience in a bakery setting, they must be recipe literate and have knowledge of scratch baking. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs to waist or higher and have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, often carrying and moving product, possibly up and down stairs.

Candidates with knowledge in working with doughs, shaping / proofing bread etc., preferred!
