Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The role involves managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting various aspects of supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Assist in order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery of products
- Utilize data collection tools to track inventory movements and update records
- Collaborate with the team to optimize demand planning and prevent stock shortages
- Handle materials with care, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling tasks
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Support inventory management by organizing stock and conducting regular audits

Requirements:
- Prior experience in inventory management or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using inventory software and data collection tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and order fulfillment procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.50 per hour
