Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming bulk shipments of documents
• Organize and scan documents for delivery upload and/or mail delivery
• Data entry/document download and upload in internal and client operating systems
• Communicate via email and phone calls (incoming and outgoing) with clients, state/county offices, and third party vendors to facilitate transactions
• Provide updates and information to clients upon request
• Research requested information using available resources
• Transfer calls to the appropriate resources when necessary
• Reply to general inbox emails, or route to the appropriate team
• Ensure response times to emails/phone calls are in adherence with Company and Department SLS (Service Level Standards)
• Identify and escalate issues to managers
• De-escalate customer dissatisfaction, offering patient assistance and support
• Follow outlined company compliance guidelines
• Manage varying client expectations and requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• High-School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Must work in RI office, this is not a remote position (Required)
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines (Required)
• Strong attention to detail (Required)
• Self-Motivated: ability to work independently and adapt to change in priorities (Required)
