Position Overview : The Bilingual Loan Processor Assistant assists Loan Originators by providing daily support to serve as a point of contact for customers and referral partners to move loans through the process, ensure timely closing, resolve issues, and maintain communication throughout the loan process. Job Responsibilities :

• Answer all incoming calls to the satellite office.
• Set, manage, and confirm all appointments for the clients to come in with financial documents.
• Act as a liaison between loan originator, branch, and processing department.
• Assist with marketing efforts and business development for loan originator.
• Provide application and explain loan process to borrower.
• Perform administrative duties (reports, payroll, billing, spreadsheets, .
• Assist all sales staff with organizing and preparing loan files.
• Provide loan processors with assistance in moving loans quickly and accurately.
• Request and gather documentation from borrowers.
• Ensure files close on time.
• Mortgage servicing, loan origination, and cash management training.
• Regulatory guidelines and compliance training.
• Monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English in order to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, of whom may speak only English or Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage or banking industry.
• Experience as a Junior Loan Processor, preferred.
• Encompass experience, a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
