We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Loan Processor to join our team. The Loan Processor will play a pivotal role in our organization, handling a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process 10 to 15 loan files per month, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review loan applications and documentation to verify completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough analysis of applicant financial information, including income, credit history, and assets.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting review, including assembling all required documents and forms.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to expedite the loan approval process and meet closing deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in loan processing or a similar role required.
• Ability to handle a high volume of loan files while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and lending practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
