An Empire Loan pawnbroker is responsible for evaluating and appraising customer merchandise to determine a value for the purchase or execution of a pawn loan for that merchandise. The ideal candidate must follow company and industry policies and procedures, while interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner. You will work closely with managers and fellow employees to serve client needs and ensure that company policies and industry rules and regulations are followed. Employees will also be responsible for merchandise sales and customer service. All employees are subject to background and credit checks. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement.
