Litigation Docket Manager jobs in Texas

Litigation Docket Manager oversees the team responsible for tracking the organization's docket files and records. Ensures records and deadlines are properly and timely entered into the calendar. Being a Litigation Docket Manager generates reports detailing action items and due dates. Monitors deadlines and works with attorneys to resolve scheduling conflicts. Additionally, Litigation Docket Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Litigation Docket Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Litigation Docket Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     About the Role 


    The position will report to and work closely with the Construction, Projects & Assets leadership team in North America to lead our strategic marketing efforts and support business priorities and growth. This role requires expertise in developing B2B marketing campaigns and overseeing all aspects of day-to-day marketing for the business 

    You will be a subject matter expert for the business and have awareness and understanding of its solutions, experts, marketing opportunities and trends to inform and support its growth. You will develop a specialization in our practitioners’ expertise and a clear understanding of business growth opportunities, buyer insights, competitor activity and relevant market trends 

    To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong analytic, strategic, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction and engineering industry and the challenges our clients face.  

    What You’ll Do   

    • Actively develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and the competitive position of the different practice groups through extensive internal and external research 
    • Develop an annual marketing plan and budget to support the growth and business priorities and implement integrated marketing programs 
    • Activate marketing tactics in owned, paid, and shared media, marketing automation, and tracking digital behavior across the lifecycle 
    • Oversee and develop all go-to-market toolkit elements, including collateral, pitch decks, service sheets and content 
    • Create awareness of our experts in market through professional eminence, including social media, thought leadership, speaking engagements and awards 
    • Work with practitioners to build success stories and maintain an internal library of case studies 
    • Contribute content for internal communications for the practice and assist in building a cohesive and well-informed practice 
    • Assist in developing and managing content and collateral for the practice (e.g., case studies, website content, bios, brochures), ensuring market trends are reflected in value proposition and positioning 
    • Evaluate and recommend sponsorships and events aligned to practice priorities.  
    • Manage sponsored and hosted events 
    • Pursue awards for practitioners and practice
    • Contribute to segment and firm-wide marketing initiatives as needed
    • Track and report on planned communications, thought leadership, events and marketing campaigns
    • Identify thought leadership topics and support development and publishing
    • Serve as an ambassador for FTI Consulting’s brand standards within the business 
    • Oversee direct report(s) and provide mentoring and coaching to support their growth

    What You Will Need To Succeed

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related business field  
    • 7 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in marketing  
    • A background in B2B marketing is essential 
    • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) and events as needed (15%) 
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship 

    Preferred Skills

    • B2B marketing experience with a professional services firm, law firm or corporation is highly desired 
    • Proven track record of creating and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns 
    • Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization 
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
    • Decisiveness and excellent use of independent judgment
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
    • Knowledge and experience with AI applications for marketing is a plus
    • Knowledge of SharePoint, email and event management platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Cvent, Splash) and client relationship systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
