HYBRID: Qualified candidates (in or near location listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.
HUB LOCATION: Bloomington, IL
Occasional travel is required for project work and would be an expectation of the role.

Responsibilities
The Production team within Marketing is looking for a motivated Line Producer to bring project organization and production planning to media production projects.
As a Line Producer in this role you will get to:- Handle project staffing
- Provide team organization, production planning and budgeting support for multiple media production projects at once
- Allocate team members from several units across the Video Media function
- Build out and maintain production timelines using Workfront
- Communicate between the production team, Design Operations Leads, clients and talent
- Source potential external production partners, locations and talent
- Handle production permitting needs as necessary
- Work with our Purchasing team to contract with external vendors
- Publish and/or traffic media projects through a variety of channels
- Experience staffing / resourcing production shoots
- Experience creating detailed project schedules
- Ability to source potential external production partners, locations and talent
- Understanding of copyright regulations and project compliance needs
- Strong communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience partnering with vendors, municipalities, legal and purchasing teams on contractual agreements and permitting needs is a plus
- Familiarity with video production teams, roles and processes preferred
- Experience with Workfront project management tool is a plus
