The Library Associate is the Library's front line position and is responsible for the overall customer service
focus of the Library. LAs assist patrons at service points, in the stacks, and during programs, classes and
outreaches, in addition to maintaining a neat collection, helping with technology questions, and
supporting a love of reading and learning. The LA is a team player who works well with others, is a
