Position Overview: We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Licensed Loan Officers with multiple state coverage and a knack for sales to join our dynamic team. This role is phone-based, providing you with qualified sales leads and eliminating the need for cold calling. Focus on selling loans while our adept operations team handles processing, underwriting, closing and funding.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients over the phone to understand their financial needs and goals, identifying opportunities for mortgage lending solutions.
• Loan Origination: Convert qualified sales leads into loan applications through effective phone-based sales techniques.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate leads and referrals.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) License: Must possess an active NMLS license, ideally licensed in multiple states. Must have an individual NMLS license in the state of Florida (federal license does not apply).
• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage sales or a similar phone-based sales role.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and sell mortgage products over the phone.
• Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Sales Strategy: Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using tech tools to enhance sales productivity.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing needs in the mortgage industry.
• Ethical Conduct: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
