What You'll Do:

• Brand Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence in the trucking and logistics industry.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content including blogs, social media posts, videos, and marketing collateral that resonate with our target audience.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our digital presence, including our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and manage trade shows, industry events, and customer appreciation events to enhance our brand visibility and customer relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or logistics industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing systems, and social media management tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Design Skills: Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) and an eye for visual consistency and detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the trucking and logistics industry is highly preferred.
