Borger Residential is looking for an innovative and experienced Leasing Consultant to oversee the marketing and leasing efforts of a pristine asset in the District of Columbia. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for creating marketing collateral, including but not limited to flyers, brochures, and content, in an effort to generate qualified traffic for the community. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the entire rental experience by serving as the initial contact for all prospective residents and will be responsible for completing the tour, application, and move-in process for the community. Section 8 compliance experience preferred.
