Lease Administrator Compensation:
$55 - $60k/year, based on experience.
Lease Administrator | Commercial Responsibilities:
· Be the primary contact for all tenant-related matters, including maintenance requests and other inquiries, and coordinate
with the respective department to handle the matter while managing and tracking from beginning to conclusion.
· Administer new lease documents, including creating abstracts, preparing documents for execution, confirming all
tenant conditions are satisfied upon signing, returning a fully signed copy to the tenant with a welcome letter,
coordinating possession and the move-in process, and inputting all information into Yardi.
· Responsible for tracking tenant Certificates of Insurance, Certificate of Use, and all applicable licenses being up to date
and in compliance with lease terms, maintaining a follow-up system for expirations and generating executive reports.
· Support/track landlord work/tenant improvement projects in coordination with the Construction Manager to confirm
ease compliance with respect to timing and conditions being met.
· Lease review, audit, and enforcement for tenant-related issues, including, without limitation, drafting and sending
notices to tenants and responding to tenant inquiries.
· Track, maintain, and process all lease dates, including expiration dates, deadlines for option exercises, termination rights, etc.
· Coordinate with respective departments to ensure tenant maintenance obligations are being fulfilled per the lease.
· Track, maintain, and collect all tenant sales and percentage rent, where applicable, and generate executive reports.
· Administer tenant move-outs, process application/return of tenant security deposits through Yardi move-out accounting,
and complete lease termination in the database.
· Assist with any company special projects or tasks.
· Coordinate with the Director of Community and Tenant Relations for the implementation of any tenant special
programs or activities.
· Input/preparation of lease CAM calculations, insurance, real estate tax reconciliations/estimates, and correspondence.
· Maintain/update the Yardi database tenant file with all pertinent data information from lease documents and
tenant correspondence.
· Maintain updated tenant contact information.
· Assist in collecting past-due rent amounts.
· Assist with executive management reports as well as annual budget preparation.
· Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and utilization of Tenant’s portal (Commercial Café).
