Company Description

Scandia/Am-Finn is a fast-growing manufacturer within the health and wellness industry. Company has experienced consistent year on year revenue growth while experiencing an acceleration of this growth (100%) over the past 12 months. With the introduction of new grown-breaking products and rapid growth within the industry vertical, revenue gains are expected to continue. Company has approximately 30 employees and will be hiring additional colleagues to accommodate growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Scandia Manufacturing/ Am-Finn in Boise, ID. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing strategies for growth, and leading a team of approximately 30employees. Candidate will work closely with the CFO. Being a small company, this is a player/coach position. Ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing, product development, and sales and marketing. Candidate must have a strong passion for business process automation and managing via metrics. As a player/coach, the candidate must be a high-energy, fast-paced multi-tasker.

• Deep passion for CRM/ERP systems (e.g. salesforce, Netsuite, Sage...), we use Zoho.
• Slow to hire, quick to fire.
• Adverse to the "union mentality"
• Aversion to "analysis paralysis" complex.

• Ability to work/manage operations independently as owners are not active in the business.

Base compensation will be $150K/annually with a profit-based bonus opportunity up to $100K. Candidate will report monthly to the owners and CFO. Company offers full medical, dental and vision as well as a 401K plan with a company match. The company does not offer a relocation package or other signing perks. Company does have a high-end corporate apartment available to assist if candidate must relocate.
