Kozeny's Lawn Service is seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our lawn maintenance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various outdoor maintenance tasks including lawn mowing.
I don’t know about you, but I enjoy actually accomplishing something. Our crew members can take a step back after every home we service and say, “Wow, that looks great!” We want you to be a part of that.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate power tools for groundskeeping tasks
- Operate push lawn mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, stand on mowers, push lawn mowers.
- Use stick trimmers to trim along hard surfaces, edge sidewalks/driveways, trim around trees and other necessary objects on the property.
- Drive trucks while pulling equipment in trailers.
- Work fast and efficiently , while delivering quality work (better than the competition, “WOW” the customer).
- Maintain and respect all equipment being used.
- Report to work in correct uniform everyday
- Report to the general manager or supervisor for assigned duties and jobs .
- Mow lawns and perform lawn care duties
- Contribute to landscape projects by planting and maintaining greenery
Skills Needed:
- Experience with garden maintenance and landscaping
- Proficiency in mowing lawns and performing lawn care activities
- Familiarity with groundskeeping and landscape maintenance
- Capability to perform tree care duties efficiently
- Follows instructions well
- Uses hand tools properly
- Understands importance of safety
- Possess a good attitude
- Basic lawn mowing knowledge
- Basic landscaping knowledge
