Laundry Manager - Healthcare manages the daily operations of a laundry services department for a healthcare facility. Assigns and reviews the work of a laundry employees engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging and delivering laundry to various departments. Being a Laundry Manager - Healthcare may require a high school diploma or its equivalent or in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Laundry Manager - Healthcare supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Responsibilities & Qualifications:

    We are looking for a Route Specialist to join our healthcare commercial laundry service team in MN Depot at Green Bay Depot  - Pulaski , WI
     
    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Pay Rate $29.33 hourly
     
    A Route Specialist has the opportunity to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative customer service strategies. As a member of our Service team, you'll work closely with our Route Sales Drivers/Customer Advocates and you will fill in for them occasionally as needed and run routes.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Knowledge: Learn and gain practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
    • Decision Making: Identify problem/root causes and develop alternative courses of action and make decisions that are based on logical assumptions which reflect factual information
    • Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face 
    • Manage customer inventory
    • Provide route relief to cover Route Sales Drivers/Customer Advocates vacations
    • Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate call offs (flexibility)
    • Provide additional route support as needed (re-routes, additional volume, etc…)
    • Make special deliveries to customers
    • Responsible for account maintenance
    • Sales lead generation
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum of 1 year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • High School Diploma and/or some college coursework required
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Some delivery or route experience preferred
    • Must be computer literate
    • Clean driving record required
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
