  • We are looking for a self-starting, motivated, creative mind to join our Construction team as a Landscape Designer.

    Job Description Responsibilities:

    • Meeting with potential clients to determine the scope of work.
    • Performing site analyses that include the assessment of the property. For example, Existing plants. Soil conditions. Lighting, views, and architecture of the home.
    • Design functional outdoor spaces.
    • Gather property measurements.
    • Prepare project estimates.
    • Client meetings for design reviews
    • Maintain communication throughout the design and installation process with the customer and the Construction Superintendent.
    • Solve any problems that arise during installation.
    • This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive; Employee must perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-3 years of Landscape Design experience.
    • Position requires local plant and construction technique knowledge.
    • Experience with the design and installation techniques of hardscapes.
    • Experience in measuring property with a high level of detail
    • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
    • Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and still maintain good composure.
    • AutoCAD or Dyna-Scape software experience.
    • ASPIRE software experience is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
