The position involves creating compelling marketing assets, including presentations, case studies, collateral, and persuasive copy, to effectively communicate the unique advantages of partnering with ULI. Collaborating closely with the Business Development and Client Services Team, the Manager ensures a personalized approach, tailoring marketing materials and copy to align with the distinct goals of each partner and prospect. Additionally, in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team, this role is integral in exploring innovative ways for existing Corporate Partners to integrate into the organization’s content and promotional calendars.
The Manager, Marketing (Corporate Partnerships Program) role is instrumental in establishing a robust foundation for promoting the Corporate Partnerships Program, contributing to the program's visibility, and attracting valuable partnerships through strategic and impactful marketing initiatives.
The position is full-time, exempt, and is ideally located in Washington, D.C on a hybrid schedule. We will also consider remote applications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

The salary range for this position has been set at $75,700 to $80,350 annually. Actual salary will vary based on factors including experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one component of ULI’s total compensation package for employees which includes a full and competitive benefits package.
