Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator jobs in Arizona
Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator coordinates, develops, and maintains the scope and performance of laboratory information systems projects. Maintains project documentation by formulating and implementing policies and procedures. Being a Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator maintains and updates the system. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Job Role: Construction Coordinator
Location: 30700 W Patton Rd, Wittmann, AZ – Onsite
Job Description:
Implement building construction projects to support site.- Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
- Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
- Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.
- May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.
- Supervises construction activity in the field.
- Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
- Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
- Have knowledge of general building construction methods.
- Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
- Coordinator RFI’s and CCR’s
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1. 5 years of experience in industrial construction projects
2. Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods
3. Proficient drawing review and field application abilities
4. OSHA 30 certification
5. Ability to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6. Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day.
7. Ability to ascend & descend stairs to roof or equipment rooms throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant.
8. Competent with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookAdditional Desired Qualifications:
1. Associates degree in construction management
2. Software experience: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft ProjectIf intersted kindly share your udoatd resume
