Our Kitchen Supervisor prepares specialty food items, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. They will also prepare and create recipe standards. They will oversee all Line Cooks and will be responsible for hiring, training, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and terminations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical training at a culinary institute preferred.
Must have two years experience as Lead Cook.
Must be familiar with the proper preparation of most international and domestic dishes.
Must have ability to plan, organize and implement daily assignments.
Must be familiar with all cook classifications, undergoing their duties and assignments.
