Job Summary :
The Kitchen Supervisor will help oversee a high volume kitchen operation by leading and training staff, delegating tasks, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation efforts, processing payroll, coordinating orders / inventory, and facilitating employee relations.
This position supports in food preparation, cooking, storing foods, labeling, FIFO, checking temperatures, organizing coolers / walk-ins, receiving orders, and helping to ensure the overall smooth BOH operations.

Start Date : ASAP - 12 / 31 / 2024
Pay : $18.90 / per hour
Housing & Meal Costs : Complimentary & Single Status
Schedule : Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days / per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
