We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Duties:**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management.
- Manage kitchen activities, such as menu planning, food ordering, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions.
- Job does include serving customers, assisting the front and the back of the house and do tasks related to the daily operation of the restaurant.
