1) Provide technical staff (BS in Computer Related Field Required) to support ongoing auditing, remediation, automation, and documentation efforts for the Department of Technology and Enterprise Business Solutions, Public Safety Data Systems team and Public Safety (911 System and Interfaces).

• Must be an analytical thinker and have problem-solving skills.

• Communicate effectively orally and in writing, including presenting complex and technical information.

• Develop and maintain project documentation/artifacts and management reports/dashboards.

• Support the development of Policies, Procedures, and Operations Guidelines.

• Develop tactical roadmaps and plans.

• Prepare reports, studies, and briefings.

• Perform work independently following guidelines within the context of regulations, legislation, industry practices, and client policies.

• Support the timely and accurate preparation of responses to requests for information from relevant stakeholders as needed.

• Work with the Public Safety Data Systems Departments to implement new programs and services consistent with the strategic goals/objectives and the Enterprise Architecture.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices; assess and recommend new solutions, and ensure proper integration into ongoing operations; research, learn, and deploy new solutions; work with experts, Departments, the industry, and vendor community to identify state of the art solutions, which may include emerging technologies; provide advice, direction, and consultative services to stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
