The Rutland Housing Authority is seeking a Property and Asset Manager to provide strategic management of all Rutland Housing Authority property assets.
Duties include overseeing unit turnover, lease compliance, budgeting, record keeping, safety, procurement, maintenance, capital needs, planning and assist with the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures so as to ensure compliance for a portfolio of 223 rental units.
