IRA Accounts Supervisor jobs in Illinois

IRA Club is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our office in Chicago, IL. In this position, you will join a team of professionals responsible for ensuring every client interaction is a five-star experience. You'll combine a passion for service and problem-solving to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position: Receptionist

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

ROLE

• Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and emails—route them to the appropriate specialist as necessary.
• Scan and process incoming mail.
• Assist clients with general account troubleshooting: balance inquiries, account changes, and online access.
• Participate in training, 1:1's, and company-wide meetings to expand your knowledge and collaborate with colleagues in other departments.

• Record important notes and documentation to the client’s account file
• Manage client inquiries with professionalism
• Use available resources to solve problems effectively and escalate as appropriate.
• Prioritize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
• Commitment to enhancing the client experience and providing operational and administrative support to all
• Special projects and tasks as assigned.
