Investment Specialist analyzes and researches financial markets, securities, and investment products to assess risks, evaluate potential returns, and make informed investment decisions for an organization. Collects and researches economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to develop and build financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. Being an Investment Specialist monitors and analyzes portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with the organization's investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Prepares investment reports and analyses on investment opportunities or strategies to identify trends and recommend actions for the organization. Additionally, Investment Specialist utilizes mathematical formulas and statistical analyses to identify potential or alternative investments and calculate and evaluate financial health, returns, and fair value of securities, assets, or other investments. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Investment Specialist work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. As a Systems Support Specialist you will be an important part of fulfilling the companies' mission by providing technical support to clients, as well as setup, install, and configure computer systems, network equipment, software, and related information technology for businesses.

Requirements- Must love working on a small team of 1-5 people.
- Must love working with customers, and ability to be onsite at customer locations in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
- Must possess excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer services skills and enjoy interacting with end users
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills, with ability to effectively analyze problems from a broad understanding of networked systems, isolate to hardware or software problem, and follow through to problem resolution
- Excellent attention to details, documentation, record keeping, etc.
- Use good judgment to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities - ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while focusing on high-priority tasks
- Type 40 WPM
- Must be a team player, and responsible/dependable enough to work independently!
