Investment Manager jobs in Utah
Investment Manager manages the securities, assets, and investment portfolios of a bank. Establishes investment policies to ensure financial activities are compliant with regulatory standards and requirements. Being an Investment Manager monitors and tracks financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory developments to implement successful investment strategies and recommends changes to manage risk and increase returns. Oversees and routinely assesses portfolio allocation to evaluate performance and alignment with investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Additionally, Investment Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Investment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Investment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. An assistant property manager is responsible for assisting the property manage in the management of residential properties. Duties will include administrative tasks, tenant relations, leasing coordination, rental collections, and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
MAJOR TASKS
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Assist in screening and the onboarding of new tenants
- Assist with property tours, marketing, inspections, move-ins/move-outs, posting notices, lease inquires, and tenant questions/concerns
- Communicate with tenants and prospective tenants in a friendly and timely manner
- Assist with answering phone calls, returning phone calls, and responding to emails
- Assist in rent collection
- Assist with coordinating work orders and maintenance with tenants, contractors, and third-party vendors
- Assist with project management with unit turnover
- Assist with rental applications and new/renewal leases
Qualifications
- Property Management experience preferred
- Experience with project management, administrative tasks, time management
- Experience in Microsoft Suite preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High-school diploma or equivalent
