Title: Investment Associate
Atento Capital LLC seeks an Investment Associate to conduct market research and quantitative
analyses to identify investment opportunities and source new deals. Evaluate potential
investments by conducting due diligence, including performing financial modeling and analysis
of financial or budgetary data or industry data and trends. Develop and maintain financial
models to assess investment opportunities and financial performance, valuations, and potential
returns of targets. Monitor and support portfolio companies, including providing operational and
strategic guidance, connecting them with industry resources, and helping them navigate
financial challenges. Conduct research to develop effective investment strategies. Participate in
fundraising efforts and investor relations activities.
Position requires a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and 2
years of experience with financial and investment analysis, including deal sourcing and due
diligence for potential investments. Experience must include: 1 year of experience with
conducting quantitative and financial analysis, including building detailed financial models; 1
year of experience with supporting all aspects of the investment process, including creating the
investment committee memo and coordinating with service providers; 1 year of experience with
supporting portfolio companies across functional domains, including strategy, finance,
operations, and hiring; 1 year of experience with developing investment theses for targeted
thematic areas and contributing to the company’s internal research and thought leadership; 1
year of experience with engaging with external market participants and events, including
interactions with company founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams. Telecommuting is
