Collects and researches economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to develop and build financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. Being an Investment Analyst monitors and analyzes portfolio performance, asset allocation, and risk exposure to ensure alignment with the organization's investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Prepares investment reports and analyses on investment opportunities or strategies to identify trends and recommend actions for the organization. Additionally, Investment Analyst utilizes mathematical formulas and statistical analyses to identify potential or alternative investments and calculate and evaluate financial health, returns, and fair value of securities, assets, or other investments. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Investment Analyst work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Position Overview
As an Investment Advisor Compliance Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our compliance program initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting day-to-day compliance tasks, assisting with annual compliance reviews, and providing guidance to various departments. Additionally, you'll contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our compliance program by conducting research, data analysis, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments and control testing as part of annual compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with management to address any deficiencies identified in reviews.
- Assist with regulatory filings and requests, including Form ADV and Form CRS.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and assist in updating policies and procedures accordingly.
- Support the development and maintenance of written policies and procedures manuals.
- Contribute to departmental projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Provide support for branch exams and compliance meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Series 7, 63, and 65, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and financial industry software.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, determined based on skills, experience, and location.
