Salary: $30,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)

Role Overview: As our SEO/Paid Media Specialist, you will play a key role in helping develop and executing digital marketing strategies to help businesses grow. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, driving traffic, and improving online presence through effective SEO and paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Utilize SEMrush and other tools to analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and paid media.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO and paid media management.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Experience in a hybrid/remote work environment preferred.
