International Banking Manager directs and oversees a financial institution's international banking policies, objectives, and initiatives. Maintains a deep and current knowledge of international variances in cultural, business, legal and regulatory issues as they pertain to banking. Being an International Banking Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of banking services to international accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, International Banking Manager typically reports to a head of unit/department. The International Banking Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an International Banking Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Lead sales efforts & support multiple branches through outside calling with small business prospects and customers

Sales and Servicing- Develop a significant volume of new business opportunities
- Drive deposits and loans by understanding and fulfilling deposit and borrowing needs of small business customers
- Serve as an external branch resource to serve small business customers
- Research and solve problems through direct action or collaboration with other Bank resources
Credit Underwriting & Compliance- Solicit loan requests, primarily from new clients and prospects, while also maintaining and developing deeper comprehensive relationships with existing clients.
- Developing a comprehensive assessment of the reasonableness of loan requests, by understanding the business and its viability and risks as they pertain to credit policy
- Establish and negotiate terms, conditions and structure of proposed credit facilities
- Coordinate the loan application, documentation and delivery process including commitment letter preparation, negotiation, and acceptance; appraisal, environmental and legal documentation; loan closings and disbursements
- Adhere to the Bank’s operational, risk management, and security policies and comply with applicable regulations
General- Conform to acceptable punctuality/attendance/professionalism standards as expressed in Employee Handbook
- Perform additional duties as requested and travel to other branches for coverage as required
- General office environment. May be required to move bags of coin. Moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.) required.
- Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE- Bachelors/Master’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- Four years experience in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service and/or operations
- Demonstrated advanced lending proficiency and personal computer literacy
