Interior Designer - High-End Custom Residential | Marco Island, FL

This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer to work closely with an inclusive and welcoming design team in Marco Island, FL. Our client has been designing and building great spaces for over 22 years. Their closely knit team is a collaborative group, drawing on each other’s strengths to design beautiful custom homes. We are seeking an experienced, highly-skilled Interior Designer with the ability to lead all phases of residential design projects. In this role, you will be an integral part of a small but dynamic team and be exposed to every aspect of the design process. You will collaborate with the Principal Designer from concept to completion. In this crucial position, you will support the design team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and above expectations. The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to assist with the design, organization, and project management of all phases of design.

Qualifications

• College degree in interior design or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant interior design experience
• ASID a plus
• Experience with Builder Trend preferred, or ability to learn it quickly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with design and office management software
• An eye for design, brand recognition
• Experience in all project phases
• Thrives in a creative, friendly, and collaborative environment
• Highly motivated, organized, people-oriented, detail-oriented, enthusiastic
• Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions
