Duties
The supervisor will exercise technical and administrative duties over employees performing work in the trades field such as maintenance mechanic, equipment operator, tractor operator, electrical, masonry, carpentry, plumbing and heating and air conditioning mechanic work.
The supervisor will be the subject matter expert of these positions and provide direction and instruction for accomplishing trades work and ensure compliance with all OSHA, Environmental, Safety, and Code Compliance.
