As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Leader, Facility Maintenance Supervisor), you'll lead the site maintenance team to maintain all aspects of the facility and automated operations with a focus on people and food safety. You'll provide technical leadership, develop long-term vision and strategic planning, ensure planning and execution of site-wide maintenance and energy activities, and lead the optimization of resource labor.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or operations management.
• 7 years of relevant maintenance leadership experience in Automated Facility Operations; Industrial Manufacturing and/or Automated Distribution Maintenance & Engineering.
• Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, SEW Eurodrive Control Systems and understanding of how to set up, configure, and maintain automated systems.
• Experience leading Failure Mode & Effects Analyses (FMEA), Failure Mode, Effects, & Criticality Analyses (FMECA), or other established Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
• Experience implementing/managing Predictive Maintenance technologies (Vibration, Infrared, Ultrasound).
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as MAXIMO, AS400, E-Maint, etc. Experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Experience implementing best-in-class maintenance programs and strategies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Excellence, and/or Predictive Maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail, excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
