What You'll Do
The Director, Site Integration, is one of three senior leaders for the Y-12 Site Integration directorate to set strategic direction and define performance expectations for the site, oversee matrix relationships, champion process improvements and a continuous improvement culture, and to identify work scope in support of customer deliverables for both current year and future year program requirements. The three Director areas within Site Integration are Production Integration, Strategic Asset Management, and Site Strategies. The Y-12 Site Integration division will be responsible for establishing a master site priorities list across programmatic areas, integrating long range scope determinations and planning across functional areas, and providing technical support to long range project planning in mission areas. The Director will support and establish Value Stream Organizations (VSOs) across the Y-12 site, and be the site champion for continuous process improvement and a culture of excellence. Strategic Asset Management and Plant Health, including evaluation of the long-term risks to and mitigation of site infrastructure, will be the responsibility of Site Integration. Integration of business systems and annual cycles, as well as functional organization integration of the ACB process will be the responsibility of Site Integration. The Production Integration Organization will report to the Site Integration Senior Director, and will provide strategic planning, integration of the Y-12 Production business processes, ACB, site Control Account Manager functions, and support of production projects.
