Best Care Plumbing, Heating and Air has been proudly serving the Mid-South for nearly 14 years. We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative to work alongside our sales and service departments to exceed sales and growth goals.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and utilize the best practices necessary to achieve department sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Perform load calculations and determine heating and cooling requirements
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer’s needs
• Help set and achieve ambitious sales plans; identify areas of opportunity within field operations and provide suggestions to sales and field management for process improvements.

Qualified applicants will have a background in sales along and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,131.00 - $66,598.00 per year
