Mass Save Insulation Crew Lead: Hiring Immediately!

MA & RI based company looking for a MASS SAVE or RISE certified insulation installer/Crew Lead

The Insulation Crew Lead is responsible for the timely and smooth coordination of installing insulation to the required specifications. Duties include:

· Make necessary preparations for the installation process at the job site by unloading equipment and placing items in the location of installation.

· Using good judgement and fixing problems as they arise

· Able to drive 26’ Box Truck (no CDL Required)

· Understand the proper operating procedures of the insulation and fireblock equipment.

· Ensure that can foaming, air sealing and caulking are completed as necessary around windows, doors, etc.

· Use good judgment and caution to not overcome any areas.

· Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job site.

· Excellent with Customer service.

· Work safe and respectfully with other Team members.

· Be sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job site.

· Required experience: 1 years of previous experience installing all types of regular insulation and fireblock (BATT, ROXUL, Pipe Wrap, Rigid Board, Caulk etc.)

** Must pass 5 panel drug screening **

· Travel within New England is occasionally required – travel expenses are reimbursed/paid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25 - $35hr (based on skill and experience)

Schedule:

· Day shift

· Monday to Friday

· Overtime

· Weekend availability

Experience:

· Insulation Installer: 1 year (required)

· Weatherization Certificate

License/Certification:

· Driver's License (Required)

· Proper Mass Save™ certificates (required)

· DOT Card

Willingness to travel: 100% (required)

Work Location: Multiple Locations (Pawtucket, RI & Holbrook, MA)
