Instructor - Psychology teaches courses in the discipline area of psychology. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Psychology provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Psychology typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Job Summary
- Upholds patient safety and exam quality utilizing ALARA (as low as is reasonably achievable) standards.
- Follows guidelines set forth by the State of Nebraska Health Department (NDHHS) and in accordance with 180 NAC 10-002 and departmental policies.
- Process studies electronically to assure an accurate and timely report turnaround.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of radiology equipment, general equipment cleaning, supply inventory and quality control.
New GRADS are welcome to apply
Education and / or Experience
Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology and certification or certification eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Certification / Licensure / Registrations
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification or experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license
Work Schedule
PRN Casual / Fill in as needed.
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$25.00 - $37.75 per hour
