Instructor - Mechanical Engineering teaches courses in the discipline area of mechanical engineering. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Mechanical Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Mechanical Engineering typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Mechanical Designer - Las Vegas, CATeam member will work closely with project managers, lead engineers, and clients on the mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) portion of projects to:
- Assist lead engineer in the preparation of mechanical designs and project deliverables
- Remain responsive
- Exceed client expectations
- Meet multi-disciplinary objectives
- Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements
- Provide support during the construction administration phase
Minimum Requirements:
- Mechanical systems design experience, including the production of project deliverables
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit BIM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
- Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct site investigations
Preferred:
- Interest in sustainable design practices and developing the firm’s sustainable marketability
- Participate in efforts to support an innovative and forward-thinking work environment

Salary: $50,000 - $95,000 / yr
