PRISMS (The Princeton International School for Mathematics and Science), a prestigious STEM-focused high school in Princeton, NJ, seeks a passionate and experienced Spanish Teacher to join our faculty. This part-time position offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded curriculum for three Spanish language courses: Spanish 1, Spanish 2, and Advanced Spanish (combining students beyond year 2 and AP). Class sizes are small—approximately seven students per class, fostering personalized learning. Classes meet three times a week for a total of ~12 hours/week.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Spanish and enjoys fostering a love for the language. Prior teaching experience is a plus, with a minimum of two years preferred. A Master's degree in a relevant field is desirable. Familiarity with independent schools is a benefit, with boarding school experience particularly valued.
