Job Description: As a Trustee Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring the smooth execution of auctions and trustee sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling auction agents across different locations.
• Hiring and onboarding new talent to strengthen our team.
• Distributing new orders to rural counties and ensuring their timely completion.
• Communicating results of sales to clients and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Reviewing completed orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in using computers, including email, text messaging, and Google Calendar.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience in a coordination role, preferably within the legal, real estate, or auction industries.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
